A number of Tottenham Hotspur supporters have taken to Twitter to comment on Giovani Lo Celso’s display in their 3-1 win at Newcastle United on Wednesday.
Jose Mourinho’s men followed their North London derby win with another victory – Mourinho’s first at St James’ Park.

A goal from Son Heung-min and a brace from Harry Kane settled the contest. The win keeps Spurs’s slim top four hopes alive with a couple of games remaining.
There were a number of impressive performers amongst the visitors. But Lo Celso certainly seemed to be one who caught the eye of many Tottenham fans on social media.

Admittedly, there has been some criticism of Lo Celso’s display. Some have questioned whether he has been as impressive in recent weeks having been outstanding earlier in the campaign.
However, the large majority appear to think that the midfielder is still showing glimpses of his enormous potential. And they are extremely excited for what he can achieve for the club in the future.
One fan has suggested that he could become this Spurs side’s Luka Modric, while another insisted that he can become one of the world’s best in his position.
Here is what some of the supporters made of Lo Celso’s performance…
