Wolves are reportedly considering a move to sign striker Carlos Vinicius this summer, with the Brazilian currently on loan at Tottenham Hotspur from Portuguese side Benfica – and Spurs fans have responded to the reports on Twitter.
Vinicius, 26, does have a permanent clause in his contract at Spurs but it remains to be seen if Daniel Levy and Jose Mourinho think he has done enough to earn such a move – having scored 10 goals in his 22 Spurs appearances.
Portuguese outlet TVI 24 have claimed that Wolves tried to sign Vinicius last summer in a deal worth £52million but instead, Vinicius moved to Tottenham. Now, Wolves are back in the market for the striker, but at a cheaper price.

It is claimed that Wolves are ready to stump up £26million to sign the powerful forward. Vinicius has only scored one Premier League goal all season, while three of his 10 came against non-league AFC Marine in a 5-0 win.
The other six have come in nine Europa League games, so it is unlikely that Spurs might have signed him. Spurs fans have reacted on Twitter to reports that Wolves are keen on their striker, and many are happy to see the forward go.
One fan thinks he “would be a very good signing for Wolves”.
