Mauricio Pochettino claimed his second piece of silverware for PSG this week as the former Tottenham manager won the French Cup against Ligue 1 rivals AS Monaco.
Goals from Mauro Icardi and Kylian Mbappe were enough for the Parisian giants to claim their second domestic title of the season, with PSG still in the hunt for the Ligue 1 title heading into the final game of the campaign this weekend.
Pochettino has had a mixed spell since taking over the role with his former club, with PSG slacking for the majority of the title race in the league whilst also crashing out of the UEFA Champions League to Manchester City in the semi-final phase of the competition.
Yet for Spurs fans on social media, they were somewhat jealous of their former manager, who led them to the 2018/19 Champions League final, as Pochettino lifted silverware for PSG, something Tottenham supporters have not experienced since 2008.

Here’s what some Spurs fans had to say about Pochettino’s latest accomplishment with PSG on Twitter…

As well as Pochettino, former midfielder Christian Eriksen has also claimed silverware this season. The Danish playmaker was part of the Inter Milan side that won the Serie A title this campaign, the club’s first Scudetto since 2010.
