Mauricio Pochettino will sanction the sales of five senior Tottenham Hotspur players this January, according to The Times.
Eric Dier, Christian Eriksen and Danny Rose are three key Spurs players who will be sold at the right price this month. Serge Aurier and Victor Wanyama will also be made available for transfer.
Pochettino wants an overhaul at Tottenham with a number of important players underperforming lately. Eriksen is the prime example after he failed to complete a move away in the summer. With months remaining on his contract, Tottenham will try to cash in.

Meanwhile, full-backs Aurier and Rose are allowed to leave. Aurier has been competing with Kyle Walker-Peters after Kieran Trippier’s exit but he received a red card recently to show he hasn’t changed. Rose could drop below Ben Davies and Ryan Sessegnon when the latter returns to full fitness.
Dier, who was frozen out at the start of the season, is also allowed to leave. The versatile England player has recently been recalled but has not been able to halt Spurs’ slump. His fellow midfielder Wanyama nearly left in the summer and he can leave this winter.
Here are some Spurs fans reacting to this.
