Tottenham fans react as Marcel Sabitzer claims Premier League desire

Some reports over the weekend claimed that Tottenham could be in the market for Marcel Sabitzer – and Tottenham fans have been reacting on Twitter.

The RB Leipzig midfielder has told Bild that he is ready to explore the option of playing in the Premier League, with Spurs joining Manchester United and Liverpool in the race.

Sabitzer has been in the Bundesliga since 2015 he signed from Salzburg. He has found the net 50 times and claimed 41 assists during nearly six full years at the football club.

Now it seems as though he is keen to embark on pastures new and Tottenham face a three-way fight to secure his signature.

Leipzig are believed to be keen to recoup £36 million for the versatile performer – despite the fact he will be out of contract in 2022.

Jose Mourinho will be keen to add some new recruits in the summer and it seems Sabitzer will be a popular option among supporters.
