Olivier Giroud is still a target for Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the January transfer window, according to a report by Calciomercato.

The experienced talisman was linked with a move to Spurs during the January transfer window, although a move never came to fruition.

Giroud hasn’t been able to pin down a regular place in Frank Lampard’s plans and is now thought to be seriously considering his future.

The Brazilian netted his first two Tottenham goals in last night’s 4-0 win over Ludogorets but it would seem Spurs are keen to add another frontman.

Giroud earns £110,000-a-week at Stamford Bridge and at 34 he is clearly growing frustrated with a lack of game time.
