Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has announced an early piece of team news ahead of his side’s Europa League game on Thursday – and some Spurs fans are furious on Twitter.
Mourinho has confirmed (official Twitter) that star centre-forward Harry Kane will start tomorrow against Dinamo Zagreb in the Europa League.
Spurs have a 2-0 advantage from their home leg in the last-16 tie, and will be hoping to finish the job against Dinamo to reach the quarter-finals.
Kane, 27, was the difference when the teams met last week, scoring both goals in a comfortable game.
The England captain has been the talisman for his club this season, scoring 26 goals and setting up 16 assists across all competitions already this season.

A selection of Spurs supporters on social media are convinced though that he needs a rest tomorrow in the second leg, and that it’s an unnecessary risk to play him against Zagreb, and risk burning him out.
This comes after Heung-Min Son was forced off injured during the weekend’s 2-1 defeat to rivals Arsenal in the Pemier League.
With Kane due to start once again, it means that it’s likely his understudy striker Carlos Vinicius will have to continue playing second fiddle on the bench.
