Tottenham Hotspur youngster Jonathan Dinzeyi has reportedly joined Championship side Queens Park Rangers on trial – and Spurs fans have reacted to the news on Twitter, with many differing over whether it would be a good move.
West London Sport reported on Tuesday that 20-year-old defender Dinzeyi has joined the Championship side on trial. He is the third Spurs player to move to Loftus Road this season, with Luke Amos and Jack Clarke on loan at Mark Warbuton’s side.
A four-time England Under-18 international, Dinzeyi certainly boasts plenty of promise but has failed to make a senior appearance for Spurs – or even appear on the bench. Instead, he is a regular in the Under-23 side, clocking up 25 matches.

No longer a teenager, it seems as though Dinzeyi is keen to take the leap into senior football and a move to QPR could be in the offing. He could not have got his trial off to a better start, scoring on Monday night in a 2-0 win for the club’s Under-23 side.
He headed home a corner against Coventry away, and helped his new side keep a clean sheet. It remains to be seen how much QPR would have to pay to sign the young Tottenham defender – but it may be that only a compensation fee is required.
Tottenham fans reacted to the reported news that Dinzeyi has gone on trial to Championship side QPR and that he could leave Spurs on a permanent basis, and fans simply could not make up their mind on Twitter.
