Fulham and Scott Parker are reportedly considering a move to re-sign Ryan Sessegnon on loan from Tottenham just one season after the Cottagers sold him to Spurs – and supporters of the north London club reacted on Twitter.
Sessegnon, 20, clocked up 125 senior appearances for Fulham and was even voted the club’s Player of the Season during the 2017-18 promotion-winning campaign to the Premier League.
He joined Tottenham last summer for a fee of £25million (BBC), but in what has been a difficult season for Tottenham – Sessegnon has managed just 12 senior games for Spurs. Injury and a change in manager has not helped.
Now, The Telegraph claim Fulham are looking to bring Sessegnon back. They gained promotion to the Premier League via the Championship play-offs on Tuesday night, with a 2-1 extra-time win over Brentford.
The report does state that Barcelona have shown tentative interest in signing Sessegnon. Spurs are also keen to keep the England Under-21 ace, but are also aware that he needs game time and the space to develop.
Tottenham fans have reacted on Twitter to the reported news that Sessegnon could rejoin his former side on loan in the coming weeks, and many believe a move to Scott Parker’s side would benefit the left-footer.

Mourinho doesn’t seem to trust him yet, a 6 month loan would be good for everyone involved imo
