Tottenham fans react as Dele Alli takes to Twitter after Bournemouth win
The midfielder took to social media after the win over the Cherries on Saturday.
Tottenham have enjoyed a resurgence under the stewardship of Jose Mourinho. Since the Portuguese manager arrived he has overseen three straight wins in all competitions.
The latest was a 3-2 win over Bournemouth and edged Tottenham up to fifth in the league.
One man who has been a revelation in the three games under Mourinho is Dele Alli.
The 23-year-old has found the going tough during the last 18 months but under the new boss, he appears to be thriving.

Alli getting back to form can only bode well for England. He has been dropped from Gareth Southgate’s last two squads but will hope to win back his place ahead of the European Championships next summer.
Mourinho has put Alli back in his more natural position just behind the striker. Mauricio Pochettino often deployed him out wide in a role where he struggled to make any real impression on games.
After Saturday’s victory over the Cherries, Alli took to Twitter:
Enjoyable game at the weekend. Blessed to be feeling fit and doing what I love best ?? pic.twitter.com/IDlNzXpx2j

Alli’s post highlights how much he is enjoying his football once again and he will hope to continue his decent form.
Mourinho might be just the manager to unleash the bags of unearthed potential in Alli and that can only bode well for club and country.
Following his tweet, Tottenham fans have reacted. Here is a selection of tweets in response to Alli’s message:
