Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made an offer of £30 million plus Josh Onomah for Ryan Sessegnon.
The Daily Mail have reported Spurs are ready to get aggressive over the Fulham teenager, with the transfer window closing on Thursday.

The Englishman has just one year left on his contract at Craven Cottage, and has been touted to leave with Spurs frequently linked through the summer.
Scott Parker recently decared he expects Sessegnon to stay with the Championship outfit (West London Sport), but perhaps that stance will now change in light of Spurs’ offer.
Mauricio Pochettino has been chasing the youngster for a while now, and it would appear the club are determined to get their man by throwing Onomah in as a sweetener.

Onomah has been on the fringes at Spurs since first breaking through to the first-team in 2015.
He has only made 32 senior appearances for the club, and has had two loan spells at Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday.
Spurs fans react
Many Spurs fans appear to have their reservations about the proposed deal.
With Sessegnon only having a year left to run on his contract, some feel the club would be overpaying.
And some are questioning the pursuit seemingly taking priority over a new right-back:
