Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko is reportedly interesting AS Roma this summer, after already being linked with Toby Alderweireld – and Spurs fans have reacted on Twitter.
Italian newspaper Leggo have claimed that Roma want Sissoko, who starred for Spurs last season. Following two difficult seasons since joining Spurs in 2016, his third season finally saw him blossom.
Moved into the middle of the park, the France international wowed Spurs fans, becoming almost a different player to the one that Spurs fans had first seen in 2016-17 and 2017-18. He has a contract at Spurs until the summer of 2021.
The former Newcastle ace is now considered crucial for the north London club, even with the signing of Tanguy Ndombele and the presence of Eric Dier, Harry Winks, Victor Wanyama and Oliver Skipp in central midfield.
It remains to be seen if Roma will make contact with Tottenham over the potential of signing Sissoko. Spurs have also been linked with midfielder Nicola Zaniolo, who has shone for Roma and caught the eye of Tottenham.
Tottenham fans have reacted to the reported news that Roma could sign Sissoko before the end of the summer window, and many are open to the move – but want a considerable amount of money. One fan wants “£200million”.

Great we need more football to tear down those walls. Sissoko had a good season but he's not the level you wanna go if you wanna compete with Chelski, United, Citeh, and Liverpool.

It is HIGHLY unlikely he is going to be able to maintain that form from Oct-Apr last season. It is literally the best football he has played in his career.
If we can get our money back on him based on that form it will be an excellent move.

Hope not, otherwise £45mill minimum. He’d be amazing in Italy.
