Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly joined Liverpool and Manchester United in the race to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes – and Spurs fans are keen to see him signed on Twitter.
Portuguese outlet A Bola claim Manchester United are winning the race to sign the 24-year-old Sporting captain, who has excelled for the Liga NOS side both domestically and in Europe this season.
He has found the back of the net 32 times in all competitions from midfield, scoring three goals in the Europa League – even against Spanish side Villarreal. He has also laid on 18 assists for his side.

The 12-time Portugal international is said to have a contract at Sporting until the summer of 2023. But that contract is said to include an exit clause worth £88.6million, which has Spurs, Liverpool and Manchester United keen.
That enormous fee would see Spurs double their current transfer record, which stands at £42million for defender Davinson Sanchez who was signed from Ajax in the summer of 2017.
Tottenham fans took to Twitter upon hearing the news that they are in the market for the Sporting superstar this summer, and some are desperate to see him join Mauricio Pochettino’s side this summer.
