Bayern Munich want to sign Troy Parrott from Tottenham Hotspur, according to The Daily Mail.
Parrott has burst onto the scene at Tottenham, making his debut earlier this season. The 17-year-old has been so impressive that Mauricio Pochettino handed him his debut in the EFL Cup loss against Colchester United.
Despite his young age, Parrott is still heavily involved with the Tottenham first-team. Pochettino rated him highly but Spurs could lose him with Bayern Munich circling.
The Bundesliga champions want Parrott to join a growing list of youngsters heading to Germany. They have been monitoring his situation and could swoop in the near future.
This news came just hours after Tottenham announced that Pochettino had left the club. Jose Mourinho has since replaced him and he is notoriously sceptical of using youngsters.
As a result, Parrott might be tempted to join Bayern Munich. The Irish striker, who recently made his senior debut for the Boys in Green, has shown that he is one of Europe’s most promising players.
Here are some tweets from Spurs fans after hearing of the Bayern Munich and Parrott links.

This is only the beginning of the future Mourinho era…
In the next weeks to come, when he’ll be the manager of our club, we could be disgusted to see the departure of players like Lamela, Winks, Lucas Moura, Sissoko etc… He like to cut into the team and build “his” team.
