Tottenham Hotspur suffered their first defeat under the stewardship of Jose Mourinho on Wednesday against none other than his former club Manchester United.
Spurs were beaten 2-1 at Old Trafford, with England striker Marcus Rashford striking either side of Dele Alli for the home side.

It was a bursting of the bubble for Mourinho, who had overseen three victories from his first three games.
Afterwards, the manager put the loss down to what he perceived to be a lack of emotion and intensity from the Tottenham players in comparison to their counterparts.
Interestingly, Mourinho left both Giovani Lo Celso and Christian Eriksen on the bench, but called upon the Denmark international before the Argentine.
Lo Celso was handed a five-minute cameo, while Eriksen was given more of a chance to influence the game, replacing Lucas Moura on 64 minutes.

Since Mourinho took charge a little over two weeks ago, Eriksen has played 98 minutes, whereas Lo Celso has made two cameo appearances equating to just seven minutes of pitch time.
Spurs fans react
Many Spurs fans are questioning Mourinho about his use of the two players, with Eriksen’s form having been particularly poor so far this season amid his reluctance to sign a new deal.
Lots feel as though the manager should be handing more minutes to Lo Celso, who has just joined the club and has shown flashes of his talent:
