Tottenham recorded a 3-3 draw away to Austrian side LASK on Thursday evening in the Europa League – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter picked out Tanguy Ndombele as a major positive from the result.
Jose Mourinho’s side earned the point that secured their spot in the Europa League knockout rounds, but they will need to win in their final match against Royal Antwerp to top of the group.
Despite not being anywhere near their fluent beat, Spurs did manage to score three times with Gareth Bale and Dele Alli both converting from the penalty spot in each half.
The pick of the goals was from attacker Heung-Min Son, who got on the end of a brilliant through ball from midfielder Ndombele and converted into the bottom corner.

A selection of Spurs supporters on social media were left frustrated by their team’s display, but believe Ndombele was a real standout.
The 23-year-old central midfielder has been reborn this season to become a key player under Mourinho and was a bright spark against LASK.
He was substituted off in the 65th minute, perhaps with one eye on this weekend’s North London derby against Arsenal in the Premier League.
