Tottenham’s Under-23s side recorded a dramatic victory on Saturday afternoon against Liverpool – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter were praising their young attacker Jack Clarke for his performance.
Spurs beat Liverpool’s youth team 4-3 in a Premier League 2 fixture, with an array of talent on show for both teams.
Clarke was the match-winner of the seven-goal thriller, as he netted a goal on the counter-attack in the 94th minute for the North London club.
The skilful winger has been a regular in the Spurs Under-23s side this season and he’s added to the goal he scored against Southampton B back in October.

Despite the 20-year-old mainly playing for the youth team, he has been given two first-team appearances so far this campaign and they were both cameos off the bench in the Europa League group stages.
He was kept at Spurs during the summer after a failed loan spell at QPR in the second half of last season and he’s often been pictured training with the first-team group.
But he’s got a sizeable task to earn regular senior minutes this season, as he’s competing in the wide areas against the likes of Heung-Min Son, Steven Bergwijn, Lucas Moura, Gareth Bale and Erik Lamela.
