Harry Kane helped Tottenham produce a comeback win over Olympiakos at home – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter were blown away by his performance.

Spurs had to overturn a two-goal deficit on Tuesday night to eventually beat the Greek outfit 4-2 in the Champions League group stages.

The North London club have now booked their spot in the knockout rounds of the competition and are adjusting to life under new manager Jose Mouinrho.

The Portuguese boss saw his team beat West Ham 3-2 in the Premier League at the weekend, which has been followed up by another high-scoring affair in midweek.

Despite obvious problems that need fixing at the back, Spurs have continued to look dangerous in attack and are potent in the final third.

Kane scored one goal on Mourinho’s debut against West Ham, which was followed up with a brace in the Olympiakos victory.

The England captain scored twice from inside the box on the Champions League stage and his season’s tally is now up to 13 in 17 games across all competitions.

A selection of Spurs supporters on social media were thrilled with Kane’s latest efforts and believe he could thrive under Mourinho.

The 26-year-old was a talisman during the Mauricio Pochettino era and it looks like that’s going to continue moving forward under the new boss.

He’s proven that he is top-class player that can score all types of goals and it would be intriguing to see where he would rank alongside some of the strikers Mourinho has worked with in his career.
