Tottenham recorded a comprehensive win against Wolfsberger on Thursday in the Europa League – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter picked out Gareth Bale for his individual display.
Spurs took control of the Europa League Round of 32 tie with a 4-1 victory in the away game of the two-legged fixture.
With Harry Kane left out of the squad altogether, it fell on the shoulders of some other attackers to deliver the goods in front of goal.
It was usual suspect Heung-Min Son though who opened the scoring in the 13th minute when he guided home a Bale cross.
Bale then got himself on the scoresheet with a sublime left-footed finish that he bent into the top corner.
Lucas Moura added a third before half-time with a memorable individual run, while Carlos Vinicius added a vital fourth in the 88th minute.

A selection of Spurs supporters believe that Bale deserves a special mention for his contribution.
The 31-year-old winger was at the heart of his team’s opening two goals, which should give him a huge confidence boost going forward.
He’s now netted five times in 17 games since he returned to the North London club on loan from Real Madrid in the summer and everyone is waiting to see if he can try recapture some of his best form.
