Tottenham are reportedly one of the clubs that have opened talks about a move for Paris Saint-Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are not thrilled with the speculation.
According to Foot Mercato, Spurs have started discussions with the 27-year-old representatives about a potential move to North London.
It is understood that Premier League rivals West Ham and Manchester United have also begun talks.
The report explains that French heavyweights PSG no longer view him in their plans, while AC Milan and Inter Milan are also circling for him.
Kurzawa is out of contract with PSG at the end of the season and could be snapped up on a free transfer next summer.
The Frenchman is an a left-back blessed with rapid pace and he’s been with the Ligue 1 giants since 2015.
There is a lot to his game offensively with his speed and dribbling, but his defence could perhaps still do with tightening up.
Danny Rose and Ben Davies are the current left-sided full-back options at Jose Mourinho’s disposal at Spurs, so it will be intriguing to see if he brings in new competition.

A selection of Spurs supporters on social media don’t feel that Kurzawa is the right target for them and have major doubts over his ability.
