Tottenham were soundly beaten by Leeds United on Saturday in the Premier League – but some Spurs fans on Twitter did at least give credit to club captain Hugo Lloris for his individual performance.
Spurs suffered a 3-1 loss on their trip to Elland Road, which put a significant dent in their hopes of finishing in the Champions League positions.
They could’ve move to within two points of the top four at the time with a victory, but instead may now be looking over their shoulders to ensure they stay in the Europa League positions.
Despite another goal from star attacker Heung-Min Son, the visitors were second-best over the course of the 90 minutes and Leeds had three goalscorers in the shape of Stuart Dallas, Patrick Bamford and Rodrigo Moreno.

Lloris may have conceded three goals into his own net, but it could’ve been far more if not for him.
The 34-year-old Frenchman was called upon several times to make some acrobatic saves against an opposition that played on the front foot.
A selection of Spurs supporters on social media made it clear the goalkeeper was the one individual from their starting XI that got a pass mark on the day.
