Tottenham fans love what midfielder did during 1-0 win over Wolves

Tottenham claimed a second Premier League win in succession after disposing of Wolves 1-0 at Molineux. Dele Alli’s penalty proved decisive, although supporters absolutely loved something which Oliver Skipp did.

The young midfielder looks like being a big player under Nuno Espirito Santo. He spent last season on loan with Norwich City and helped them win promotion to the Premier League.

It had been hoped by Daniel Farke that he could prise the youngster back to the club. For a while, it looked as though Tottenham might be willing to let him go out on loan once again.

Now, it seems as though Espirito Santo fancies him. He was in pretty good form once again this afternoon and earned rave reviews from some of the fan base.

What did Tottenham fans love about Skipp?

It was a tackle in the first half that earned the youngster some praise. He was actually given a yellow card by the referee for his challenge on Adama Traore.

It did look a tad harsh, although Tottenham fans loved seeing such passion from the youngster.

The 20-year-old played pretty well once again and after rising through the academy ranks it looks as though he’ll be popular among the supporters.

Following today’s performance, supporters raved about Skipp’s moment of magic – even if the referee was on hand to spoil the party.
