Tottenham fans laud Troy Parrott after emotional Twitter post

Troy Parrott posted an emotional message on Twitter following the final game of his loan spell at Ipswich Town. The striker netted during a 3-1 win over Fleetwood and will head back to Tottenham full of confidence.

The talisman has played 18 times for the Tractor Boys, scoring twice during his second loan spell of the season. He spent the first half of the campaign in the Championship with Millwall.

Parrott is deemed as a future star and is highly rated by lots of people back in North London. The challenge for the 19-year-old now will be to impress the new manager once he’s appointed at Tottenham.

The Republic of Ireland international has four Spurs appearances to his name. In the next coming weeks, the club will need to decide whether to utilise him in the first-team or send him out on loan once more.

Following his emotional message on social media, supporters took to Twitter to laud the youngster, with many hoping he gets a chance during the 2021/22 campaign.
