Tottenham fans divided as report links Wilfried Zaha

Tottenham have been linked with a move to sign Wilfried Zaha this summer, according to Goal. Premier League outfit Everton will rival the club for the Crystal Palace star.

The Eagles could be forced to sell the player this summer as they become concerned over his contract situation.

Zaha has two years left on his current deal and Palace fear he won’t sign an extension. As a result they could be willing to let him leave for £40 million this summer.

Tottenham will scour the market for reinforcements when the window reopens. Being in the Europa Conference League might hamper their plans somewhat and Zaha could prove ideal.

It seems as though some supporters would welcome the idea of Zaha arriving at Tottenham – and they’ve reacted on Twitter.

It would seem as though not everyone is quite so keen on the £130,000-a-week trickster checking in at Tottenham.

Some supporters feel he wouldn’t add anything different to the ranks, whilst others claim the ship has sailed.
