Christian Eriksen completed 90 minutes in the win over Newcastle United on Saturday – and many Tottenham fans on Twitter raged at him for his performance.
Spurs earned a narrow 1-0 victory over Newcastle at Wembley in the Premier League, which saw them temporarily climb to second in the table.
Heung-Min Son once again proved the difference for the north London club, as he netted an 83rd minute strike from range which was his 14th goal of the season across all competitions.
Mauricio Pochettino’s team are continuing to grind out results without key injured pair Dele Alli and Harry Kane.

The 26-year-old midfielder is a regular in the team and has been an excellent performer during the Pochettino era, but his form has dipped of late.
He wasn’t quite able to dictate the play against Newcastle and was guilty of producing some poor set-piece deliveries during the contest.
The Denmark internatonal is set to continue being an integral member of the side, but could do with returning to form in the next fixture against Leicester, before a Champions League showdown with Borussia Dortmund.
