Joe Rodon completed 90 minutes for his country on Wednesday night in a World Cup qualifier – and some Tottenham fans on Twitter were majorly impressed with their player’s international display.
Spurs defender Rodon, 23, started in the heart of a back three during Wales’ trip to Belgium.
Despite going ahead early on in the contest through Harry Wilson, Wales were eventually beaten 3-1.
Kevin De Bruyne, Thorgan Hazard and Romelu Lukaku were all on the scoresheet in the World Cup qualifier for a team filled with superstars.
There were plenty of Spurs fans watching, as the duo of Rodon and Gareth Bale were both in action.

Bale assisted the Welsh goal, but club teammate Rodon received massive credit from a selection of Spurs supporters on social media for his international contribution.
The powerful centre-back was involved in a fascinating duel with Belgium and Inter Milan frontman Romelu Lukaku, who is considered one of the best strikers around.
He caught the eye against top-class opposition, and he’ll hope he can now start to earn more regularly minutes at club level under manager Jose Mourinho.
His game time has been at a premium during his debut season at the north London club, playing just 10 times, but he did play in the final game before the international break.
Here are some Spurs fans discussing Rodon’s midweek display:
