Arsenal are the favourites to sign Ivan Toney this summer, but if that move doesn’t materialise, Tottenham could make an attempt to get him.
The Brentford striker has constantly been in the news over the last few months. He is a very good striker, and when the summer transfer window opens, he will be a wanted man. Arsenal and Tottenham have both been linked with a move to sign him.

Tottenham could try to sign Ivan Toney if Arsenal move doesn’t materialise
Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are expected to be on the market for a new striker this summer.
Spurs are yet to replace Harry Kane up front, while none of Arsenal’s centre-forwards are particularly prolific – nobody guarantees 20 or more goals a season.
The two North London rivals have been linked with plenty of strikers over the last few months, and Ivan Toney seems like a common target.
However, Dean Jones’ report on GiveMeSport claims that it’s Arsenal who are leading the race to sign Toney and are hoping to get him less than £60 million.
Chelsea have also been linked with Toney, but if a transfer to the Emirates or Stamford Bridge does not materialise, the report claims Tottenham could make a move to sign him.
Toney will enter the final year of his contract this summer.

Toney would be amazing at Tottenham
Tottenham had to replace Harry Kane after he left for Bayern Munich last summer, but Ange Postecoglou decided to stick with what he’s got.
Heung-min Son has performed brilliantly as expected, while Richarlison has been magnificent too since he returned from his injury.
Spurs could still do with an out-and-out number nine, and we believe Toney would be an amazing addition. The Englishman, who has been compared to Kane, is a complete striker and would offer a different dimension to Tottenham’s attack.
He is clinical in front of goal, and considering Spurs create many more chances than Brentford, we think he would score a ton of goals if he moved to Tottenham.
