According to reports in the Italian media, there is a chance that Tottenham Hotspur could be about to lose one of their brightest young prospects.
Japhet Tanganga has changed his agent, prompting speculation about his future, Calciomercato reports. With his contract expiring in the summer, this might indicate that he is angling for a move.
Roberto De Fanti will become Tanganga’s new agent and his first task will be to negotiate a contract – either at Tottenham or elsewhere.
Spurs need to make sure they do not lose yet another young talent after Keanan Bennetts and Reo Griffiths departed last summer before Jaden Brown joined Huddersfield Town in January.
Griffiths, 18, moved to Lyon while Bennetts, 20, signed for Borussia Monchengladbach. They joined the flurry of young English talents moving abroad for better first-team chances.

Tanganga might be tempted to follow in the path of Griffiths and Bennetts, or to move to another English club like Brown.
But Tottenham must offer him a tempting contract to convince him to stay in North London because he has a bright future.
The England under-20 international is described as a “powerful, right-sided centre-half” by Tottenham’s official website and he has captained the under-23 side.
Spurs need to offer the 19-year-old future first-team assurances, should he fulfil his potential, to avoid him becoming the next Griffiths, Bennetts or Brown and leaving.
