The teenager is out of contract at the end of the season. And thus, teams outside of Germany can begin to discuss pre-contract deals with him from next month.
Reports from 90min recently reported that Spurs had scouts watching Moukoko in action for Dortmund.
And it seems that they are right in the mix for a potential deal.
‘Multiple Premier League clubs are prepared’
Jacobs has provided a comprehensive thread on Moukoko’s future. And he initially suggested that Chelsea are on pole position for his signature following the serious injury sustained by Armando Broja.
He went on to add that both Liverpool and Tottenham are big fans of the forward…

Clearly, whoever manages to secure Moukoko’s signature is netting themselves one of the most exciting prospects around.
He is a player Erling Haaland described as ‘amazing‘. That is certainly saying something given what he has gone on to achieve in his career. FBRef meanwhile, lists Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Lautaro Martinez and Robert Lewandowski as similar players.
Tottenham do not face an easy challenge trying to win the race. Not only do many top sides want Moukoko, but they are also going to struggle to be able to offer him regular game-time.
He is a striker. And with that, convincing him to join when they already have Harry Kane and Richarlison in the ranks will be a really tough task for Fabio Paratici and Antonio Conte.
