Things are definitely looking up at Tottenham following a rollercoaster 12 months.
A lot has happened at Spurs since Christmas last year.
In the last Premier League game before Christmas Day, Spurs lost 2-0 at home to Leicester.

It was a second consecutive league defeat for Tottenham, but they were overall doing well in the league at the time.
On Christmas Day, they were eighth in the table, albeit four points off second.
Between the start of the season and mid-December, Spurs had only lost one league game, the opener against Southampton.
However, Tottenham finished the season in seventh, qualifying for the inaugural Europa Conference League.
For most of 2020-21, Jose Mourinho was in charge.
Since then, Mourinho was sacked and Nuno Espirito Santo has come and gone, with Antonio Conte now in the dugout.
In addition, Spurs appointed Fabio Paratici as managing director of football over the summer.
January didn’t bring any significant incomings or outgoings – they were left to the summer.

Toby Alderweireld, Moussa Sissoko, Joe Hart, Erik Lamela and Juan Foyth were the most high-profile departures.
Meanwhile, Pierluigi Gollini, Cristian Romero, Bryan Gil and Emerson Royal were the most significant arrivals.
Spurs are currently seventh in the table, though they’ve got three games in hand on the top four.
Conte’s charges have had to deal with significant disruption due to covid and the weather.
But overall, Spurs fans can largely be happy with where they are at Christmas this year – as far as things under their control go.
