Tottenham Hotspur are now considered more likely than West Ham United to land Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord in the near future.
Journalist Dean Jones was talking to GIVEMESPORT and explained that Tottenham would be a more attractive move for Gimenez.

Jones shared that Gimenez is now becoming accustomed to Champions League football which could prove an issue when moving to either West Ham or Fulham.
Therefore the journalist said that Tottenham were considered favourites over West Ham to land £60m Gimenez.
Jones said: “Santiago Gimenez is causing all sorts of fuss at the moment, and a lot of recruitment teams across the Premier League are tracking his situation.
“From what I have been able to gather so far, a move to Tottenham would be a lot more plausible than a move to West Ham or Fulham because this is a player that is already used to the Champions League and feels he has a place at the very top of the game.
And despite this encouragement, Jones did also confirm that Feyernoord would prefer to start talks once the season was over.
Gimenez would likely prefer a move to Tottenham over West Ham
Of course, Tottenham have coped rather well without an obvious striker under Ange Postecoglou so far this season.
Richarlison looked set for the role before the season started, but Son Heung-Min is now thriving centrally.

Although, David Moyes isn’t having so much luck with his options.
Both Danny Ings and Michail Antonio are struggling for form, and a central striker role for Jarrod Bowen now seems best advised.
The major positive in East London right now has to be the form of Mohammed Kudus.
The Ghanaian international always looked like an incredibly exciting signing and he is now finding his feet.
And despite both West Ham and Tottenham having players coming into form, both would look better off with a ‘superstar‘ striker scoring goals in the rhythm of Gimenez right now.
Of course, Spurs do have a crucial tie with Chelsea on the horizon tonight, and it seems that Postecoglou may have one selection surprise up his sleeve.
