Tottenham are braced for low-ball offers for Christian Eriksen later this week, according to a report by the Daily Telegraph.
The report says that because the European transfer window shuts at the end of the month, while the English one ends this Thursday, clubs on the continent may play the waiting game.
If Eriksen doesn’t leave before Thursday, Spurs are braced for offers of £50 million or even below, with Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and Juventus all reportedly keen.
Eriksen still hasn’t signed a new contract at Tottenham and entering the last 12 months of his deal may mean that Daniel Levy is forced into a sale now to avoid losing him for nothing.

Eriksen looked to be leaving earlier on in the window before Tottenham’s asking price and the nature of the market meant that a suitable offer didn’t come in.
Daniel Levy showed with Toby Alderwerield that he won’t be pushed around in the transfer market despite seemingly being on the back foot and will take a similar tack with Eriksen.
But if the Dane’s head can still be turned, Spurs might be at the mercy of foreign clubs circling for three weeks while being unable to secure a replacement.
