A host of Premier League clubs are chasing Wolfsberger midfielder Shon Weissman, according to a report by 90Min.
They report that the striker, who has 17 goals across all competitions for the Europa League club so far this season – as per Transfermarkt – is attracting plenty of attention.
The report says that Tottenham, West Ham, Leicester and Chelsea – with the latter of course currently under transfer embargo – are all on the striker’s case.
Apparently, more than a dozen clubs watched the hitman in Europa League action last Thursday, as Wolfsberger took a 2-2 from Serie A outfit Roma.

TBR’s View – All four interested clubs need a reliable backup striker
Of course, discussing Chelsea’s prospects of signing a player in their current situation amounts to nothing more than hypotheticals.
But Tottenham have needed a reliable second choice striker to back up Harry Kane for as long as the England captain has been in the first team and a Plan B when games aren’t going their way would not go amiss.
West Ham spent impressively again this summer but lack a reliable backup to Sebastien Haller, having lost a lot of striking firepower in the most recent window.
Meanwhile, Leicester losing Jamie Vardy doesn’t really bare thinking about in terms of their assault on the top four, so it’s easy to see why a red-hot striker like Weissman is in the thoughts of these sides.
