Tottenham Hotspur are among a cluster of Premier League clubs considering a bid for Bournemouth defender, Lloyd Kelly, this month.
Kelly is one of the names who has got a mention already this winter when it comes to Spurs’ hunt for a new defender. However, it looked like he had dropped down the list a tad, with a deal for Radu Dragusin Tottenham’s preferred move.
But, with Napoli now moving for Dragusin and putting Spurs’ hopes of that deal in jeopardy, the club are now looking at other players.
And according to Sky Sports, Bournemouth’s Kelly is now being considered.
Tottenham considering bid for Lloyd Kelly
According to the report on Sky’s transfer tracker, Tottenham and others in the Premier League are considering a move for Kelly.
As well as those English clubs, there’s also heavy interest from abroad.
Juventus, AC Milan and VFB Stuttgart are all thought to be keen on bringing Kelly to mainlaind Europe.

Bournemouth paid around £13m for Kelly and they are still hoping he signs a new contract.
As it stands, there is no clear indication of what Kelly might do. Indeed, signing that new deal with the Cherries remains a possibility.
Lauded as an ‘outstanding‘ talent by Eddie Howe, Kelly looks like he could have a decision to make before the January window is done with.
Daniel Levy need to have irons in the fire
Tottenham’s January is going to depend on if they can get in there first with a lot of deals.
It looked for all the world like a move for Dragusin was done but now it looks like there’s an element of doubt over that one as well.
With Kelly, there is the obvious bonus of him already being Premier League ready. Further, he’s young enough to develop further under Postecoglou and being left-footed is also a big plus point.
Right now, it looks like anyone’s guess as to who Tottenham will sign. But if it does end up being Lloyd Kelly, then you’d suspect most will be happy enough with that deal.
