Tottenham’s reported target Franck Kessie would be a dream signing for manager Mauricio Pochettino.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Spurs are said to be interested in the AC Milan midfielder alongside the likes of Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and several Chinese Super League clubs.
It is understood that the 22-year-old could be open to leaving Milan if they fail to qualify for the Champions League this season and that he is valued around £36million.
Whether Spurs would be prepared to ramp up interest in the Ivory Coast international is unclear, but there is no doubt he would be a great fit for the North London club.
Pochettino is going to need a successor to Mousa Dembele in midfield given his contract expires at the end of the season and the Milan ace looks ideal.

Kessie is a no-nonsense enforcer renowned for his physical strength that he imposes in Serie A and should be able to adapt well to the Premier League.
The central midfielder is a well balanced player with a great work-rate and can offer support in all areas of the pitch.
He’s been directly involved in five goals so far this season across all competitions for Milan, while he gets through plenty of defensive graft too.
Pochettino has proven he’s an expert at nurturing young talent and there is a potential midfield star in Kessie that Spurs should consider going all out to sign.
