Goal.com Arsenal correspondent Charles Watts has compared Gunners midfielder Fabio Vieira to Invincibles icon Freddie Ljungberg.
Watts was speaking on his YouTube channel after Arsenal ran out 3-0 winners over Lyon in the Dubai Super Cup.
Vieira delivered an impressive goalscoring display for Mikel Arteta’s charges against the Ligue 1 outfit.

The 22-year-old, who played the entire first half, got a 9 out of 10 from football.london for his efforts.
‘Played out on the right and made a difference with almost every action he made,’ they wrote.
‘Got the assist for Nketiah and could easily have had a few goals himself before he curled an absolute screamer into the top near corner.
‘Like Lokonga, looks better for the rest.’
Watts, analysing the game on his YouTube channel, noted how Vieira has a knack of getting himself into dangerous positions.
The journalist said the Portuguese reminded him of Freddie Ljungberg.
“It’s something about Vieira,” said Watts. “He gets himself in positions even when he doesn’t play very well.
“He’s just got that knack, and some players have it and some players don’t, where they just drift into dangerous positions where they don’t get picked up.
“They’ve just got that clever little bit of movement to lose a defender and pop up in a position.
“I kind of think back to Freddie Ljungberg, someone like that who just had that knack of getting in the area at the right time to get himself a good opportunity at goal.
“Vieira seems to have that, and he’s still young, there’s still lots to learn from Vieira.
“Even when he’s not played well there’s always something about Vieira.
“Makes you think he’s got something to be a really top quality player.”

Another Arsenal gem
Arsenal surprised many when they signed Vieira, just because there were virtually no hints or rumours prior to the done deal.
His arrival was met with fanfare, as he had done so well for Porto after coming through the ranks there.
Vieira certainly has what it takes to potentially become a star at Arsenal, although he’s still a work in progress.
