‘Top performance’: Manchester City fans loved Jack Grealish against Chelsea

Manchester City fan out winners in the big dinner time kick-off against Chelsea in the Premier League this afternoon.

Pep Guardiola finally got one over on Thomas Tuchel and got what could prove to be a crucial three points for City in what is set to be a tight Premier League title race this season.

City, in fairness to them, were the better side throughout. They attacked from the off and at times, threatened to overwhelm the Blues. It did, however, take a deflected effort from Gabriel Jesus to break the deadlock at Stamford Bridge.

Among the Manchester City XI, there were some fine performances that caught the eye of City fans. One such player to put in a fine display was Jack Grealish, who is starting to really live up to that £100m price-tag.

Grealish created a number of chances and twice went close himself, only to be denied by Edouard Mendy in the Chelsea net. But that didn’t stop City fans taking time out on Twitter to praise Grealish’s performance.
