Spurs fans have been reacting on social media after former Manchester United manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, stated his opinion on Dele Alli.
Ferguson is doing a series of interviews this week ahead of his new film, with Gary Neville seemingly tasked with getting the snippets of information out of his former boss.

And during a quick fire questions round with Neville for Sport Bible on YouTube, Ferguson had a small comment to make about Dele Alli, when asked who are the players he’d have liked to have managed.
“I must admit I thought Dele Alli was going to be a top player. I don’t know what’s happened there,” Ferguson said.
Alli found himself out in the wilderness somewhat under Jose Mourinho. But he has recently come back into the fold under Ryan Mason, putting in a number of fine performances. That form, though, has probably come too late for an England recall.
Spurs fans, then, have been having their say on the words from Ferguson, with Twitter full of comments. Here’s a look at what was said.
