Southampton have been linked with a move to bring Adam Lallana back to the south coast, according to The Express.
Jurgen Klopp is ready to let Lallana leave Liverpool after he slipped into a peripheral role at Anfield. And the player wants a Southampton return.
Lallana came through the ranks at Southampton and played 265 games for the club. He scored 60 goals before his 2014 move to Liverpool.
The 34-cap England international has since scored 21 times in 156 games for the Reds. But he has found his game time limited in the last couple of seasons.

A combination of injuries and good form from his Liverpool team-mates has left Lallana on the fringes of the Liverpool squad.
The 31-year-old attacking midfielder has managed just five Premier League starts this season. And he has only played 16 games in total.
This is why a return to Southampton would appeal to Lallana. This deal could go ahead in the summer if Ralph Hasenhuttl gives the green light on a £13m transfer.
Here are some tweets from Southampton fans, who seemed torn between bringing him back or ignoring this deal.
