'Title charge back on': Some Leeds fans buzzing after hearing 'fantastic' news

A number of Leeds United fans have welcomed Marcelo Bielsa’s latest team news ahead of their Premier League meeting with Watford.

The Whites boss confirmed that Raphinha and Diego Llorente are available for the Saturday fixture at Elland Road.

Raphinha’s return is a huge boost for Leeds as he’s been one of their best players so far this season.

The Brazilian has three goals from six league fixtures this term, including against West Ham last time out.

Indeed, Leeds looked a lot worse after Raphinha had to come off due to injury.

Likewise, Llorente’s return is good news, as he’d bolster a defence that has struggled significantly so far this term.

And Pascal Struijk is also back after serving a three-match suspension.

However, Patrick Bamford will miss the game, with Luke Ayling and Robin Koch also out of action.

“Raphinha is available, Patrick Bamford is not,” Bielsa told the Leeds media team.

“Another player who was injured, who is now available, is Diego Llorente.

“Bamford has an ankle injury which will take him a few more weeks to resolve. It hasn’t been a simple injury.

“Luke Ayling has a problem in his knee that is going to require a simple surgical intervention, that will also require some time after this procedure is done.

“Robin Koch has a problem in his pubis which is a very rebellious injury, where there is no prognostic of when he will be recovered. “

Leeds fans were happy to hear of Raphinha and Llorente’s return to the fold:
