Arsenal were 2-0 victors against Aston Villa yesterday as they maintained their 100 per cent record.
Arsenal opened the scoring through Leandro Trossard before Thomas Partey added the second to seal three points away at Villa Park.
It was a tight affair up until Trossard’s opener and David Raya had to make an extraordinary double save to prevent the hosts from taking the lead.
Another talking point was Trossard’s celebration or the lack of it, and now former Tottenham Hotspur manager Tim Sherwood has come up with a theory about it.

Tim Sherwood thinks Leandro Trossard was sending a message to Mikel Arteta
Tim Sherwood, via the Premier League website, issued his theory on why Trossard’s celebration was muted yesterday.
“You know what he is saying there? What have I got to do? I am the man. I always affect it. What on earth have I got to do to start in this football match?”
Trossard has started on the bench in the first two Premier League games with Gabriel Martinelli preferred over him.
Perhaps Arteta will put him in the first 11 against Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.
Janusz Michalik believes Leandro Trossard is better as a super sub
ESPN pundit Janusz Michalik thinks Trossard is actually more suited to being an impact substitute.
“I do think that Leandro Trossard is much better off the bench, he makes an impact, he has done it over the last season and already this season as well.
“Every time he starts, and I am not saying he plays badly, but I just think that he’s sort of that spark. Now, Leandro Trossard would not want to hear that, he wants to play from the beginning, and I get that, but yes, the impact was again massive.”
