The title race is all but over

Until Manchester City play against Bournemouth on Monday night, Tottenham remain Chelsea’s closest challengers for the title but are still some ten points behind the league leaders, who have lost just three times this season.

Only Spurs have lost fewer, coming away empty-handed only twice, with both occasions coming on the road at Anfield and at Stamford Bridge. With both games against Chelsea already played, it’s going to be very difficult for Mauricio Pochettino’s men to regain much ground on the league leaders.

Liverpool’s January collapse leaves them 11 points behind too and has seemingly put an end to any of their own title hopes, and even if Manchester City win on Monday they will still be eight points behind and with a number of questions hanging over them. Chelsea have the title in the bag, but the pressure is certainly on for Antonio Conte and co.
