Cresswell Return A Blessing For The Hammers

The former Ipswich full back has been superb since moving to the London club, and was sorely missed at the beginning of this season. West Ham will find it difficult to keep him because there are not many good left backs around and Cresswell looks so comfortable.

Bilic’s new system will help him even more because it allows him to adopt a more aggressive starting position. Very solid in the tackle, sharp in short combination play and with excellent delivery from wide areas- Cresswell looks the full package.

Bilic will want Andy Carroll to return soon too, because the former Newcastle striker thrives on his crosses from the left.
