Three things we learnt following Leicester’s 1-0 victory over FC Copenhagen

The front-three are starting to click

The attacking trio of Vardy, Mahrez and Slimani all were pivotal in the win. Linking well, and chasing everything down, it was hard for the visiting defence to cope.

The first goal featured all three, with a Vardy ball perfectly knocked down by Slimani for Mahrez, who had more desire than his marker to get to the ball.

All three players received standing ovations from the home fans, who appreciated the night’s work from the attacking players in particular.
