Three things we learnt during Manchester City's loss to FC Barcelona
Manchester City suffered one of their worst nights in recent history at the hands of FC Barcelona on Wednesday night, as Josep Guardiola and his men succumbed to the pressure and were thumped 4-0 away at the Camp Nou. The game as a whole was a real struggle throughout, and they were not helped out by their goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, who was sent off for a deliberate handball.
That makes it four games in a row now without a win for the Citizens, who simply have to be concerned that they just don’t seem able to finish their chances and get over the line. Pep Guardiola is, without doubt, a world class manager and he will get his side back to their brilliant best sooner rather than later.
