David Ospina deserves to start

Arsenal fans have been suggesting for a while that David Ospina, the Colombian keeper, should be starting in the league ahead of Petr Cech.

Ospina is Arsenal’s cup keeper this season, featuring in the domestic competitions and the UEFA Champions League. Despite conceding 10 goals across the two legs, the keeper was impressive at times, especially in the away leg at the Allianz Arena.

If it wasn’t for him, the scoreline could have been much worse and that is unbelievable to say, considering the Gunners lost both ties 5-1. The Colombian has done enough to impress over these two legs and should be given a run in goal, ahead of the under-performing Petr Cech.
