Saturday evening will see Antonino Conte’s Chelsea head to the Emirates in search of their first win at the stadium since October 2013 as Antonino Conte seeks to get his side back on track after defeat to Liverpool last Friday night. Victory over Leicester went some way to achieve that, but Arsenal have finally found form, going unbeaten since opening day defeat to the Reds.
The fixture is one of the biggest on the calendar and will prove vital for both sides as Arsene Wenger seeks to prove that his side can take on the big sides and win in the Premier League, with defeat to Liverpool and draws with PSG and Leicester failing to show a clinical cutting edge to the Gunners’ game.
The Blues have also failed in their only real test to date this season, falling to Liverpool, and needed extra-time to see off Leicester City having been 2-0 down. That comeback provides some hope for Chelsea fans and they will need to prove themselves this weekend if they are to mount a title, or even just a Champions League place, challenge.
