Manchester United failed to put the pressure on their top four rivals after being held to a draw by ten-man Bournemouth in a pulsating encounter at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Marcos Rojo’s early goal was canceled out by Joshua King’s composed penalty before Andrew Surman was sent off for his second booking, yet United failed to utilise their man advantage.

Despite playing most of the second 45 in the Bournemouth half as they looked for a winner, Zlatan Ibrahimovic saw his penalty saved and Paul Pogba missed a string of chances as Eddie Howe’s side held on for a point.
