Arkadiusz Milik – Poland

Although his striking counterpoint Lewandowski was destined to be the poster boy of Polish success this tournament, it is the performances of Milik that has earned the plaudits from around Europe.

Only 22 years of age, he continues to ply his trade with Ajax and dreams of a career as a Premier League striker; albeit for the team he supports: Arsenal.

Whilst he plays with another forward along side him for his country, Milik is a lone attacker usually deployed in a 4-3-3 for his club, a system that has been effective for Bilic throughout the season for the Hammers.

With a powerful left foot and great strength and heading ability, he would be great alternative to Andy Carroll.

However, it may be unlikely to sneak in and steal Milik from under the noses of Tottenham and Real Madrid.
