The Ajax striker has made an impression at the European Championships, and looks to have the potential to develop into a really good striker.
His finishing hasn’t been the best, but that is because he is afforded a lot of space in the Eredivisie, and he isn’t getting that this summer.
However, that is something that he can adjust to.
His link up play is good, while his movement is another effective area of his game. He would link up well with Jamie Vardy, as he likes to drop deeper and take advantage of the space left between the lines.
He has a good goal return in the Eredivisie this season with 21, and has become a lot better over his short spell at Ajax.
Leicester have been linked with the Polish striker, which suggests they are aware of Milik and have some interest.
They have made a few bids for Troy Deeney, showing that they are in the market for a forward, and one that plays a slightly withdrawn role, which Milik does.
The Poland attacker would be available for a smaller price than Deeney and he has the potential to exceed the ability of the Watford striker. He hasn’t looked out of place at the European Championships and caused the German defence problems.
He will be going to a bigger league this summer and Leicester should be one of the clubs looking to sign him.
